To get started, could you tell us a bit about your backgrounds and education?
We are two Finns who found each other through our mutual (boy)friends. Kriselda danced ballet as a kid and Petra was a figure skater. Kriselda is studying business administration and Petra is a health coach who has also studied marketing at the University of Vaasa. We both love yoga and and all things wellness, which is really what brought us together.
Why and when did you decide to start Yes Girl?
It was the summer of 2017 and we were both dreaming of something bigger and better than just our own personal blogs. A few months later, Yes Girl was born
So, what is Yes Girl?
Yes Girl is a wellness community, in which balance is the key to everything. We like working out and eating clean but never forget to enjoy lazy mornings and pizza nights. We love pizza! Who doesn’t?! We write about holistic wellness tips and tricks that ANYONE can use to help build a more positive, happier life.
What do you want to achieve with Yes Girl?
We want to encourage people to live their lives to the fullest and take chances, to listen to themselves and maybe go crazy every once in a while. It’s the small things in life that matter and we and our Yes Girl community want to share with everyone a little inspiration for what’s important in our everyday lives.
What do you see for Yes Girl in the future?
We would love to see Yes Girl grow into a community of girls and boys, and women and men who can all teach each other their best kept secrets to a lead a happier and more energetic life.

In your opinion, what is the best thing about being an entrepreneur?
Being free and having the ability to do things our way. Also, we can work from pretty much anywhere, which can be both a blessing and a curse (sometimes).
How do you like working together compared to working alone? What are the pros and cons?
We both love working together and that was originally one of the reasons we started Yes Girl. Working alone has its advantages in that it can be more straightforward, but in working together we are able to dream big and we always come up with the best ideas.
Do you plan on taking Yes Girl international?
Who knows! As we said, we love to dream big.

Your site is focused mostly on wellness. How important do you think wellness and being active affects one’s success in life?
Feeling fulfilled with your life is paramount to everything else. Being active is important, but it might mean different things to different people. You might enjoy quiet walks in the forest while your bestie/boyfriend needs to sweat two hours in the gym to feel active. And, while listening to yourself and having your own routines is beneficial, we urge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and into new territories. Learning new things is super important to us Yes Girls!
Have you heard about the Law of Attraction? Do you use it in your daily life?
Oh yes! And you at FEDITED are a prime example of using the Law of Attraction, in work life too. Yes Girl loves FEDITED and it most certainly was the Law of Attraction that brought us together!

How important is it to have a positive attitude in life? And why?
We love your questions! A positive attitude might be the one of the most crucial solutions to some of the problems we face in life – a positive attitude gives you power over your circumstances instead of your circumstances having power over you.
Best advice you’ve ever got?
Be unapologetic. Don’t worry about last night or yesterday or the past in general, for that matter. Be grateful and always know that something exciting is about to happen. Stay hydrated, love yourself, find your tribe and be the rich man your mom always wanted you to marry.

Népra is a holistic, minimalist and ethical activewear brand from Lahti, Finland. We aim to create long-lasting items, to keep our production chain as short as possible, and to be honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Népra activewear is produced by our manufacturing partner in Estonia. We source quality fabrics from Italy, where its key aspects are the feel and longevity of the material. Juulia Peuhkuri is a fashion designer from Finland. She’s currently living in New York absorbing inspiration and learning new skills. For her customers she makes made-to-measure unique garments. These pieces can be anything from bridal gowns to ready-to-wear garments. From her website’s gallery you can see some of the garments she has made previously. Her design aesthetic are strongly influenced by her Scandinavian background. She loves simple and clean things but she likes to mix them with some more bohemian relaxed styles. Her passion is in bridal and she hopes that in the future you are going to see a bridal collection designed by her.
