EFG Atelier is the studio and gallery arm of the EFG world — the working space where original paintings, decor objects, and furniture pieces are made, and the online home where those works, alongside framed prints and limited editions, are offered for sale worldwide.
EFG Records is the music company — publishing, producing, and songwriting under one roof. It is the home of ongoing releases, and the wider ambition to develop and support other artists.
ABOUT EFG CENTER
EFG Center began the way most cultural institutions do: informally, out of necessity, long before it had a name. Its founder, artist EMMI IIDA, spent over a decade working across the United States — Nashville among other cities — building a practice that moved between music, modeling, interior architecture, and visual art without ever settling into a single lane. That refusal to specialize traces back further, to a Nordic upbringing where craft, restraint, and quiet multi-hyphenate making were simply how things were done — not a philosophy to announce, just a way of working.
EFG Center is what happens when that practice turns outward. Not just music, or art, or events, but a cultural institution and studio that combines all of it and more: productions, designs, and projects for other brands, original art, art direction, and music made to create
soundscapes for campaigns and launches. It exists to hold space not only for Emmi’s own work — across EFG Records and EFG Atelier — but for the artists, designers, and musicians she meets along the way: their interviews, their collaborations, their events, documented
and platformed with the same attention EFG gives to its own releases.
The institution is built around a simple belief: that creative work matters more when it’s shared than when it’s kept private, and that the rooms where art, music, and style meet are worth building on purpose, not left to chance. EFG Center is that room — part editorial outlet, part event space, part archive — currently based in Finland, with new spaces in the works.
Whoever arrives here — an artist looking for a platform, a visitor looking for the next thing worth paying attention to — should leave knowing a little more about who is making the culture that matters, and why.
EDITORIALS
EFG Center’s editorial core — a running series of conversations with the artists, designers, musicians, and stylists building the culture around them, alongside coverage of the exhibitions, releases, and collaborations they’re part of.
STUDIO SERVICES
Beyond the editorials, EFG Center operates as a working creative studio — taking on productions, designs, and projects for aligned brands. Services include original art, art direction, and art partnerships; a distinct visual style available for licensing or commission; and bespoke sound and music, creating soundscapes for campaigns and launches.
WORKSHOPS
Sound and art workshops hosted in collaboration with hotels and cultural spaces — small group sessions in design, interiors, fashion, and music, led personally rather than templated. Workshops turn EFG Center’s editorial and studio work into something people can experience directly, in the same rooms where EFG’s partnerships and events take place.
Partnerships
Partnerships extends EFG Center into hospitality, wellness, and luxury spaces — collaborative projects with hotels, restaurants, and venues built around art, wine, sound, and rest. Formats include curated art-and-wine evenings, live sound baths, and small concerts staged outside the conventional gallery or stage, each designed to place real creative work inside the rhythm of everyday luxury, and to introduce EFG’s artists to new rooms and new audiences.
Events
Jam nights, release parties, and exhibition previews — the gatherings where EFG’s world meets in person. Musicians performing new work, designers presenting a capsule, painters showing pieces in rotation. Each event is documented in black-and-white photography that becomes part of the EFG Center Archive.
Archive
A growing visual record of the institution’s practice — event photography, studio imagery, press stills, and process documentation collected over time. The archive exists as both memory and material: a resource for revisiting past collaborations, crediting the people who made them, and grounding whatever EFG builds next in a documented history rather than a clean slate.
